MEET WAVERLY MAIN STREET’S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tiffany Duncan is native to to the Greenmount Waverly community. Her professional experience includes working for nonprofit, corporate, state and federal governments. Additionally, she has worked as a tax preparer for the last 12 years preparing tax returns for both individuals and businesses and operates a tax office located in the Greenmount business corridor. She has over 20 years of professional experience as a business and brand manager and joined the Waverly Main Street board in March 2026. Ms. Duncan has taken a lead in improving internal processes to reposition the organization for continued success.
Tiffany has a deep connection to the Waverly community and takes its growth and success very personally. She was intrigued at gaining knowledge of the organization’s need to fill the vacancy of Executive Director and has worked vigorously to reposition the organization for greatness. This will be accomplished by regaining the trust of the community and reinstating the transparency that has been nonexistent in years prior. Assisting the organization’s board, her strong leadership background coupled with her bookkeeping and tax preparation training has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to take the organization to new heights. As Executive Director, she plans on building stronger partnerships with the district’s businesses and local organizations, bridging the gap between the businesses and residents, and ensuring the organization remains compliant and dedicated to the wellbeing of the Greenmount Business Corridor. Ms. Duncan is passionate about revitalizing the corridor, takes pride in her ability to lead the organization and is eager to implement changes that will build a stronger neighborhood and thriving business community!
